Normin was asked to be a part of Mascot Day at the Kernels.  Normin interacted with fans and played musical chairs with the other mascots before the game was called on account of rain.

Center Point-Urbana Graduation comes to you...Many of you used our webcast when we had basketball games here at home. Mobile Device Project

Center Point-Urbana is pleased to announce a pilot project for teachers to enhance learning through technology with mobile devices in the classroom.  In an effort to continue to explore technology and foster the belief that our teachers must have knowledge of the 21st Century Skills in technology, 50 teachers at CPU have agreed to pilot iPads in the classroom.  The district is undertaking a 120 iPad Pilot to give the teachers the opportunity to look at ways to enhance learning and consider different strategies in enhancing and engaging students.
