Emergency Contacts


At registration, you will be asked to provide the number/s of an emergency contact person/s other than the primary parents/guardians. Should an accident or illness occur at school, parents or guardians will be notified. If, however, we are unable to contact the primary parent/guardian, we need other numbers for emergencies. Make sure that the person/s you list as emergency contacts are aware that you have listed them and are able to come and get your child from school if needed. Please know that if they are listed, we will share information with them as needed regarding your child’s health. Make sure you don’t list yourself as an emergency contact as we do need other numbers to be able to contact.
If at any time during the year your contact info or your emergency contact info changes, notify school immediately with the changes: see link below.
