Students will be doing an Iowa History Notebook while they are in the exploratory.
A great source of information is the Iowa Public Television, Iowa Pathways.
The guide for the notebook is at this link. It has the guidelines, requirements and suggested projects. Each student will be assigned a county to research. If you are able to visit that county and take pictures that would be a great addition, but not required.
Iowa has a great history and many exciting topics. It should be a lot of fun!
